During the summer of 2013 we journeyed north from Seattle to Anacortes where we participated in an event called Trawlerfest. Anacortes is pleasant town which has some quirky street decorations and interesting shops. From here we went to Delta Marine Services on Vancouver Island where we had a coat of varnish applied to the railcaps before we took off for our destination of Prince William Sound in the far north. This sequence of photos shows street scenes in Anacortes and finishes at the harbour of Nanaimo halfway up Vancouver Island.
